Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding use of the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides a photo-based pre-grading check (an estimate) and reference market information such as prices, charts and indices for trading cards.

3. Nature of information / disclaimer

Grades shown are unofficial estimates and do not guarantee the actual results of PSA, BGS, CGC or any other grader. The Company is not affiliated with any grader.

Prices, charts, indices and returns are reference estimates (based on PriceCharting, mostly eBay sold) and are not guaranteed to be accurate. They are not investment advice. All decisions are the user's own responsibility.

4. User obligations

Users must not infringe the rights of others, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the Service. Users are responsible for the content they upload.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service and its content belong to the Company. Trademarks and card artwork belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from reliance on estimates, prices or other information provided through the Service.

7. Changes and suspension

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court for the Company's location.
