Waitlist sign-up: email address.

Service use: card images you upload for analysis.

Collected automatically: access logs, cookies, device/browser information and IP address.

2. Purpose of collection and use

Providing the Service (pre-grading analysis, price lookup), responding to inquiries, sending launch/event notices, and improving the Service through aggregated statistics.

3. Retention and use period

We destroy personal data without delay once the purpose is achieved or upon your request, except where retention is required by law, in which case we keep it for the legally required period.

Uploaded card images are used only for analysis and are not retained longer than necessary for that purpose.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide your personal data to third parties except where required by law or with your prior consent.

5. Outsourcing of processing

To operate the Service we may entrust processing to providers such as our hosting/database provider (Supabase) and external analysis/pricing APIs used to deliver features. We require these providers to protect personal data, and we will notify you of any material changes.

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time by contacting support@pluslabkorea.com.

We use cookies to maintain settings and improve the Service. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data, including access control and use of encrypted connections.
